Is it really free?+
Yes. Send files up to 25 GB each with no account and no card. Links stay up for 1 to 7 days and can be downloaded as many times as you like.
How long do files stay online?+
On the free plan, 1 to 7 days: you choose. On any paid plan files never expire and stay until you delete them. If a plan lapses, there is a grace period to download them.
Do the people I send files to need an account?+
No. Anyone with the link can download in a browser. Passwords, expiry and download limits you set still apply.
Are there bandwidth or download limits?+
Downloads are unlimited and unthrottled on every plan, with no monthly quotas. Anonymous uploads have a generous daily allowance; signing in removes it.
Is it secure?+
Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and uploads are scanned for malware. You can add a password, cap the number of downloads, or delete a link at any time.
Can I pay once instead of subscribing?+
Yes. Pay monthly or yearly, or pay once for 90 days or a year with no auto-renewal.
What is the difference between the plans?+
Personal, Pro and Business all keep files online for good, with 100 GB, 500 GB or 1 TB of storage. Client tools for Pro and team tools for Business are being built now and will be added to those plans.
